Rehearsal: 12.30pm til 1.00pm. Please aim to arrive for 12.00pm.

Performance: Event starts at 7pm, so aim to be seated in your allocated seat by 6.30pm. We are performing at the end of the first half.

Wear the YV outfit as it currently stands, which is denim trousers/jeans, white top and an accessory for the top half, such as a scarf, headband, hat, necklace, absolutely anything. You can wear any type of/colour footwear.

It’s really important that you read the info below:

Please enter via the Stage Door for the rehearsal / sound check slot. 

Please note that there is no space available in the Royal Hall for rehearsals or warming up immediately prior to the performance.

There are no dressing rooms available for choirs so members will need to arrive in their performance wear (for the evening performance only, not for the rehearsal).  Each member will have an allocated seat where bags and coats can be left during the performance.

You are welcome to stay for the entirety of the evening after our performance (which is recommended!), and all members are invited onto the stage (space permitting) at the end for a singalong. Just sing the main tune, I’m pretty sure it’s ‘Thank you for the music’.
